Q: How do we reserve our wedding date with Nopalii Film?
A: A $500 retainer and a signed contract are required to officially lock your wedding date on my calendar. The remaining balance is due prior to your wedding day.
Q: Do you offer payment plans for your wedding videography packages?
A: Yes, absolutely. I want this to be as stress-free as possible. I’ve had wonderful clients set up payment plans that fit their specific budgets, even taking up to a year to pay it off. I am very flexible, so just shoot me an email and we can arrange a schedule that works for you.
Q: What is the difference between Half-Day, Full-Day, and Multi-Day coverage?
A: Every wedding is unique, so I offer different coverage options to fit your vision
⧁Half-Day: Includes up to 6 hours of coverage, perfect for intimate elopements or shorter celebrations.
⧁Full-Day: Encompasses more than 6 hours of coverage, capturing everything from getting ready to your grand exit.
⧁Multi-Day: Ideal for expansive destination weddings (like a weekend in Las Vegas!). It includes a full day of wedding coverage, plus an additional half-day to capture your welcome party, rehearsal dinner, or a relaxed day-after session.
Q: Do you travel outside of  California and Las Vegas for destination weddings?
A: Yes!  I frequently shoot destination weddings in Las Vegas all throughout California  and beyond. I am always happy to create a custom package to suit your travel needs. For locations outside my standard California and Las Vegas, a travel fee applies to cover transportation and time, generally ranging from $500 to $1,000 depending on the exact destination.

Q: What sets Nopalii Film apart from other California and Las Vegas wedding videographers?
A: Just like you carefully choose your photographer for their vibe and aesthetic, I strive to complement their style so your final gallery and film feel beautifully cohesive. With a strong focus on color grading, I ensure your video matches the specific look you fell in love with. Beyond aesthetics, I believe your wedding day deserves more than the standard 3–5 minute highlight reel. Whether you are getting married at a California estate or having a Las Vegas elopement, I create long-form highlight films that capture the essence of your day, plus your full ceremony and speeches preserved in their entirety.
Q: How many videographers will be filming our wedding?
A: I am primarily a one-woman show, but I often bring a trusted associate to help me ensure we capture every possible angle of your Northern California or Las Vegas wedding. If I do decide to bring a second shooter to your wedding, I will let you know in advance—and there is absolutely no extra cost to you.
Q: Do you work well with our wedding photographer?
A: Absolutely! I pride myself on being a collaborative team player. In fact, I reach out to your photographer and other vendors months in advance to introduce myself and coordinate our timelines. My goal isn't just to be a friendly vendor for one day, but to build lasting relationships with the amazing creative teams I work with across California and Nevada.

Q: When will we receive our final wedding film from Nopalii Film?
A: My contract states a turnaround time of 18 weeks, but I always aim to deliver it sooner! I know how exciting it is to wait for your film, so I make sure to provide updates along the way so you know exactly where I am in the editing process.
Q: Do wedding videographers include the full ceremony and speeches?
A: Many don't, but at Nopalii Film, I do! The length of your full ceremony and toast video typically ranges between 20 to 120 minutes, depending entirely on the timeline of your events. But I don’t stop there—I also deliver a comprehensive documentary-style film that beautifully captures all of your important milestone events and every little candid moment in between.
Q: Can we get the raw, unedited footage of our wedding?
A: This depends on the type of footage! The files from my professional cinema cameras are massive and require specialized software to view and color grade, so I don't typically include raw cinema footage as a standard option. If this is something you truly want, we can discuss it on a per-request basis.
Q: Can we pick a popular song for our wedding film?
A: Absolutely! For your personal, private viewing at home, we can definitely include your favorite commercial tracks and special songs. Since it’s your wedding film, we want it to feel uniquely yours.

The main thing to keep in mind is copyright law for online sharing: popular copyrighted songs generally cannot be monetized on platforms like YouTube, and social media platforms (like Instagram or TikTok) may mute, flag, or limit the reach of videos using unlicensed mainstream music. If you plan to post your video widely online, using royalty-free, licensed music ensures your film stays live without any audio claims or copyright issues!
